Boreholes, reticulation repairs, tank installations and metering coordinated across POAs and blocks.
Road Works
Grading, pothole patching, storm-water drainage and road signage funded through block contributions.
Security & Response
Neighbourhood watch coordination, response contracts and incident escalation to the relevant authorities.
