Every work package above the block threshold is advertised here and on the notice board for at least 14 days.

Bids are opened before the General Council procurement committee and scored on price, capacity and references.

Awards, contract values and completion reports are published so residents can see how contributions are spent.

Contractors working on roads, water, electrical and security projects must be registered with ACERCRAC and tax compliant.
